Online Training of Field Staff on COVID-19 Emergency

Local Government & Rural Development Department GoAJ&K has organized Volunteer Emergency Response & Management Committees at village/ward level in 1769 villages of AJ&K. These V-ERMCCs shall be the front line force of AJ&K government to combat COVID-19 emergency. The committees are comprise of teachers, health workers, religious leaders and volunteers from the society.

Director General LG&RDD along with his team initiated special measures to train these committees for emergency response and coordination. In this context online training of master trainers (Field Staff of LG&RDD) has been conducted using It-Solutions. Staff at all the 10 districts has been trained for emergency response and coordination with committees.
