Briefing to Chief Secretary, AJ&K on Monitoring System

Secretary LG&RDD along with Director General LG&RDD and officers of the department briefed the Chief Secretary Go,AJ&K on newly developed technology based monitoring system for effective monitoring of development projects and performance analysis of implementing officers/offices. The Secretary brief that a web based monitoring system backed with Android  based mobile application has been developed. Android application has been developed to send reports from field along with photographs and comments of field staff on the status and quality of the projects. All the reports are visible through web based dashboard for quick analysis and decision making. The Secretary briefed that the system is completed developed in MIS section of LG&RDD with existing capacity and no additional cost has been inured. The Chief Secretary appreciate the initiative of LG&RDD and directed to complete implementation within shortest possible time.
